Shubert Theatre COVID-19 Health and Safety Policy: Effective April 29, 2022

With the continued, ever-evolving situation of COVID-19 infection rates fluctuating regionally and in Connecticut, the Shubert Theatre will no longer require proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test for the performance of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood.

We will maintain our current face mask policy for all events and this will remain in effect until the end of May. Face masks are required for all patrons 3 years and older and must be worn at all times except while actively eating or drinking.

For this performance only, children under 3 will be permitted with a ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket in order to enter the theatre, including babes in arms. If your child - under age 3 - plans to sit in your lap for the duration of the performance, you may buy them a ticket at the lowest price level available.

As a VIP ticketholder, you are invited to a Post-Show Photo-Op where you will be able to preserve the magic of the moment with a keepsake photo with Daniel and his friend. Your VIP ticket is all that is required for admission.

After the show, please remain in your seat with your ticket in-hand. A venue representative will identify you as a VIP ticket holder and you will be escorted to the Post-Show Photo-Op. Please have your phone or camera handy as a member of the team will take your photo on your personal device.

In partnership with our venues and presenters, Mills Entertainment is working to ensure that our events are as safe as possible for everyone in attendance. Please note that masks are required during the VIP experience for all guests, regardless of age, vaccination status or local protocols.

Discount will be applied after you select and add multiples of 4 tickets to cart - if you purchase 5 tickets, 4 will be discounted and the fifth will be full price.

Please note: the published ticket price includes a $4 restoration fee - the 25% discount is taken off the original ticket price prior to the addition of $4. 

The print at home tickets will arrive in a separate email from tickets@capa.com. This usually comes 5-10 minutes after the order confirmation email, and it will have the tickets attached as a PDF file. Be sure to print all pages if there are multiple tickets in the order. 

Because of the attachment from an unknown email, it can sometimes be filtered as spam or junk, so we suggest checking those folders. If the email with the tickets doesn’t arrive after 24 hours, contact the Shubert Ticket Office at 203-562-5666, and they can re-send it or have the tickets held at the Box Office for you.
