Next Stop New Haven: SOLD OUT!
THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT!
Next Stop: New Haven was created in 2019 to celebrate New Haven’s amazing food scene, Broadway’s rising stars and of course, the beloved Shubert Theatre. Since we can’t bring you to the Shubert for our second annual event, we decided to bring the Shubert to your home with Next Stop New Haven: at Home!
Your $75 ticket will provide access to log-in to the evening's program including:
- A curated party box (which serves up to two people, 21+) with food and signature cocktail from our restaurant partners, including Claire’s Corner Copia, Chabaso, Doughlicious, Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill, OLMO and Ordinary.
- The 75-minute program will include a cocktail making class with Tim from Ordinary and you'll learn how to assemble a cheese board with Jason from OLMO (supplies included!)
- Musical entertainment by Broadway star ADAM KAPLAN (Kinky Boots, A Bronx Tale) and AUDREY CARDWELL (Bright Star), Broadway trivia, live auction and a sneak peek at the Shubert’s 2020-2021 season.
Shubert patrons will remember Westport, Connecticut native Adam Kaplan from his starring role as Charlie Price in Kinky Boots (June 2016). He made his Broadway debut in 2013 in Disney's Newsies and recently starred on Broadway opposite Chazz Palminteri in A Bronx Tale. Audrey Cardwell joins Adam for this evening of song and celebration. She recently starred on the Shubert stage in the 2018 national tour of Bright Star - she was the first replacement for the role of Alice Murphy taking over the role from Tony Nominee Carmen Cusack.
The theatre will contact all ticket-holders to coordinate contact-free, curbside pick-up of the party boxes the afternoon of Monday, May 18 at the Shubert.
In addition to your ticket supporting these beloved New Haven restaurants and our beloved theatre, a portion of the proceeds will also benefit Frontline Foods New Haven, feeding the hospital frontline teams at Yale New Haven Hospital and the VA Hospital.
Sponsorship opportunities are available by contacting Robbin Seipold.
Please join us for this fun, uplifting evening celebrating the arts and supporting our community partners. For more information, contact Carla Sullivan, Director of Development.
