The safety and well-being of our patrons, staff, and the entire New Haven community is our first priority - please note the following update to our performance schedule:
We are currently in the process or reschduling the original April 30–May 2, 2021 engagement to the Fall of 2021. We will notify patrons as soon as the new dates are confirmed.
FIDDLER ON THE ROOF
The February 26–28, 2021 engagement has been postponed. We are working with the show's producer to secure new dates for December, 2021. We will notify patrons as soon as the new dates are confirmed.
The June 4–6, 2021 engagement has been postponed. We are working with the show's producer to secure new dates for Spring of 2022. We will notify patrons as soon as the new dates are confirmed.
HOW TO CONTACT THE BOX OFFICE:
Due to social distancing, we ask that you do NOT try to visit us as the building itself is temporarily closed. While the Shubert staff is currently working remotely, we will be happy to assist you with any questions you have.

Ticket-holders for cancelled and postponed events have been notifed by email. Here are options if you have tickets to a rescheduled, postponed, or canceled event:
WAIT: If your event was “postponed” you can hold onto your tickets until new information is available. If the performance is able to be rescheduled, you will receive an email announcing the new date. If the rescheduled date doesn’t work for you, you may request a refund or choose to donate your tickets at that time.
DONATE YOUR TICKETS: If your event was canceled or the rescheduled date doesn’t work for you, please consider donating your tickets back to the Shubert Theatre. This critical support helps us continue serving you both now and when the doors reopen to welcome you back.
GET A REFUND: If your event was rescheduled but the new date doesn’t work for you, we are happy to issue a refund prior to the rescheduled date. Please note that we cannot refund tickets purchased through third party resellers, ticket brokers, or other outside entities.
